Role:
Account Executive will be the Teamlease Point of Contact for the Client. The Account
Executive will be expected to work out of the Client location and ensure a good relationship is
maintained with the client. He/She will be accountable for maintaining and increasing the
overall Apprentice headcount of the Client. Account Executive has to ensure a smooth
onboarding of the apprentice, engagement and grievances.
Role & Responsibilities:
● Ability to develop a working relationship, clear and effective communications with the client /trainees & TeamLease departments.
● Retention of the Trainees.
● Effective resolution to Trainee / client enquiries – Resolve all the concerns raised by the trainees or the client by coordinating with our Departments. (Legal, Finance, Operations, etc.)
● Induction & Joining Formalities of trainees – take them through a formal induction including an understanding about TeamLease while ensuring his joining formalities are completed
● Bank Account Opening – To ensure trainees are paid on time by way of facilitating Bank accounts during Induction/Help Desk/Open houses. Coordination with the Bank representative for Bank account opening and internally for updating of the bank account numbers facilitated from our end or alternate mode or electronic pay mode is advised.
● Educate trainees to adopt TL Connect app to access Stipend Slip, learning and updates if any.
Qualifications:
● Graduate
● Experience: Min. 2 to 5 years of exp. in Client Relationship Management/Client Services
● Exposed to an aggressive environment
● Feasible to travel across multiple client locations on a daily basis.
