The Admin Executive plays a crucial role in the efficient functioning of an organization by providing administrative support to various departments and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can multitask, communicate effectively, and handle various administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for monitoring & upkeep maintenance of office
  • Guest Visit – Car arrangements / Guest Relations /Internal Event- Visitors arrangements & coordination.
  • Assist in utilization of conference rooms.
  • Responsible for Stationery order, stock maintenance and issuance.
  • Responsible for House Keeping materials – order.
  • HR coordination – Interviews and meetings.
  • Monthly Headcount
  • Monthly report –Daily report
  • Vendor management ,Asset management ,Vendor monthly invoices

Education and Qualification:

  • Any Graduation
  • 1 -2 Years of experience
