Role and Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Market Expansion: Drive student admissions through
    strategic planning, market research, and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Team Leadership & Training: Develop effective communication, train the
    sales team regularly, and enhance team productivity to achieve targets.
  • Channel Acquisition & Relationship Management: Appoint and manage
    franchises, affiliates, and channel partners, ensuring performance and growth.
  • Operational Coordination & Performance Improvement: Collaborate across
    departments to ensure smooth operations and improve franchise profitability
    and efficiency.

Educational Qualification/ Experience:

  • You must be in a similar position for the last 5 years
  • You must have handled and scaled tele-sales teams for the last 10 years
  • Preferred industry experience – Edtech, Telecom, BFSI
  • MBA in Sales / Marketing (Preferably Tier 1 or Tier 2 college)
  • Communication & Leadership: Strong Verbal and written communication skills, team management, relationship-building, and conflict resolution abilities
