Role:
We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate student counsellor to join our team. The responsibilities of the Counsellor/ Sr. Counsellor include supporting the team with developing and monitoring counselling support for the team, and providing closing assistance as and when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentoring and driving productivity of immediate team mates
• Demonstrating on how to Connect to students who has enquired for programs on a daily basis
• Tracking Follow-up with the students and ensure all doubts of the students are cleared
  for self and for the team mates
• Assisting the team for admission closures as and when it is required
• Working directly with the team to develop solutions and set achievable goals
• Develop rapport with other inter department colleagues
• Reporting student issues to the appropriate authorities

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in any stream
• Excellent active listening and communication skills
• Patient, friendly and accommodating personality
• Excellent interpersonal and mediation skills
