Key Responsibilities:
Managing the daily operations of the business
Hire, train, and manage staff members to ensure the highest level of customer service
is delivered.
Oversee inventory management, including ordering and tracking of supplies.
Monitor and maintain equipment and facilities to ensure they are in good working
order.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws
and regulations.
Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and team members.
Prepare reports and analysis on key performance metrics to identify areas for
improvement.
Education & Experience:
14+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to manage staff and drive results
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Experience in inventory management and facilities maintenance
Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including employment and health and safety
laws
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
