Key Responsibilities:

  • Finalization of Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements of the Company under Ind-AS and coordination with the auditors for timely closure along with closure of subsidiary and associate companies.
  • Informing and tracking about possible PL impact during the quarter.
  • Variance analysis on quarterly basis.
  • Analysis of Account Receivables on weekly basis.
  • Providing input for annual budget preparation.
  • Impairment testing at the year-end for justifying investment and goodwill in the books.
  • LODR format for quarter closures and others.
  • Lower withholding certificate for TLSL and other group companies.
  • Supporting in preparation of Investors and Board Deck on quarterly and on need basis and attends queries of investors or analysts.
  • Handling and coordinating with the consultants/legal counsels relating to the Income Tax proceedings/tax planning at group level.
  • Annual report preparation.
  • Streamlining RPT transactions.
  • Support team for integration during acquisition.

Qualification/Skills:

  • Academics: CA
  • Experience: 2 -4 years

  • Good Communication Skills
