We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Inside Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing lead generation strategies to drive
business growth. The Inside Sales Manager will work closely with sales and marketing teams to
identify and qualify potential leads, nurture relationships, and contribute to the overall success of
Role & Responsibilities:
- Design and execute comprehensive lead generation plans aligned with business
- Utilize various channels such as digital marketing, email campaigns, content marketing,
social media, and events to generate leads.
- Collaborate with sales teams to establish lead scoring criteria and processes, and evaluate
leads to ensure they meet the criteria for potential customers.
- Manage and maintain a lead database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
using CRM systems or other tools. Track lead activities and manage lead pipelines.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall
business goals & provide sales teams with high-quality, well-qualified leads for follow-up.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in the market in
order to adapt lead generation strategies
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in lead generation in a B2B SaaS-based environment, preferably from
- Familiarity with CRM software and other lead management tools.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box for lead generation strategies.
- Results-driven and able to meet or exceed targets
