Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company’s business goals and market demands.
  • Product Development: Lead cross-functional product development teams, including product managers, designers, engineers, and QA testers, to create and enhance HCM software solutions.
  • Market Research: Continuously assess market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
  • Product Roadmap: Define and communicate the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback, business impact, and technical feasibility.
  • Product Launch: Plan and execute successful product launches, including go-to-market strategies, pricing, and marketing campaigns.
  • Customer Engagement: Collaborate with sales, customer support, and marketing teams to gather customer feedback, address issues, and ensure a positive user experience.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics and user insights to make informed decisions and drive product improvements.
  • Compliance: Ensure the product complies with relevant regulations, industry standards, and data security requirements, particularly in the realm of HR and employee data.
  • Financial Management: Manage the budget and resources allocated to product development, ensuring cost-effective product delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Provide strategic direction and mentorship to the product management team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate product strategies, updates, and performance metrics to executive leadership, stakeholders, and the broader organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (business, computer science, etc.), with a master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience (12+ years) in product management, with a focus on SaaS based products in the HRMS or HCM domain.
  • Deep knowledge of Human Capital Management principles, practices, and software solutions.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes, methodologies, and technologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate product strategies.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to translate business objectives into product plans.
  • Experience with compliance and regulatory requirements in the HR and HCM space.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing HCM products in the market.
  • Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team of professionals.
