Role:

As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with our key clients. You will be responsible for understanding the clients’ business objectives, anticipating their needs, and proactively offering solutions to help them achieve their goals. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for key clients, developing and nurturing strong relationships.
  •  Understand clients’ business objectives, industry trends, and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
  •  Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients’ needs are met and deliver exceptional customer service.
  •  Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  •  Work closely with the sales team to expand the scope of services offered to clients.
  •  Develop account growth strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
  •  Collaborate with clients to develop strategic account plans that align with their business goals.
  •  Provide insights and recommendations based on market trends and competitive analysis.
  •  Continuously monitor and adjust account plans to ensure alignment with changing client needs.
  •  Ensure the timely and successful delivery of products and services according to client needs and objectives.
  •  Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, progress reports, and performance metrics.
  •  Handle any issues or concerns raised by clients and work to resolve them promptly.
  •  Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and competitors’ activities.
  •  Collaborate with other account managers, sales teams, and internal departments to share best practices and insights.

Education and Qualification:

  •  Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  •  8 to 10 Years of Experience.
  •  Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role.
  •  Strong track record of managing and growing key accounts.
  •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  •  Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver strategic account plans.
  •  Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
  •  Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  •  Strong analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trends.
  •  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
