Challenges

Siemens was looking to outplace a team of their consultants at their manufacturing plant in Oil & Gas domain which was in a remote location. To start with, time was a big constraint as Teamlease had three days to start engagement post intimation from the client and the timeline to execute the engagement was 45 days. The requirement was to outplace 25 personnel. Other challenges included limited opportunities in the market and the high cost of resources where there was fitment constraint.
