Inside Sales Representative -TeamLease Services (Staffing)

Responsibilities:

  • Generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) in collaboration with the sales team and actively monitoring their status.
  • Qualify all inbound inquiries (Marketing Qualified Leads) and share potential cases with the sales team for further action.
  • Collaborating closely with the sales team, actively encouraging the team to generate opportunities on the CRM tool for the shared cases and diligently monitor the progress of these cases until they are active.
  • Manage the sales pipeline by tracking and updating lead status, activities, and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with leads in a timely manner to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
  • Develop and execute targeted email campaigns to increase lead generation.
  • Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of email campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
  • Work towards improving Social Selling Index
  • Data Mapping: Conduct data mapping to enhance the understanding of the target market and improve lead generation strategies.
  • Regular follow up of Stalled /Cold cases through marketing collaterals
  • Engage with prospective customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to understand their requirements and educate them about our products or services.
  • Effectively articulate the value proposition and competitive advantages of our solutions to prospects.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

Qualification criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in inside sales or a similar role, with a demonstrable history of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Preferably in a B2B business.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales automation tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage and persuade customers.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and objections.
  • Proficient in social selling techniques and data mapping strategies.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment.
