We are looking for a strategic and experienced Associate Product Manager or Product Manager to
join our dynamic team. In this role, you will drive the development and success of our products,
managing the entire product lifecycle from ideation through launch and ongoing optimization. The
ideal candidate will have a proven track record in product management, a strong understanding of
market trends, and excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
Roles & Responsibilities:
● Lead product development using Scrum frameworks, ensuring team collaboration and
delivery on sprint goals.
● Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that the team is working on the most
impactful features.
● Define and communicate product vision, roadmaps, and goals to stakeholders and
development teams.
● Collaborate with Scrum Masters and development teams to ensure seamless delivery of
product increments.
● Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and
retrospectives.
● Analyze and prioritize user stories, creating clear acceptance criteria and ensuring that
requirements are well-understood by the team.
● Work closely with stakeholders and customers to gather feedback, identify pain points, and
incorporate them into product development.
● Monitor product performance and use data-driven insights to make informed decisions on
future iterations.
● Align product strategies with business objectives, ensuring that the product delivers
maximum value.
Education & Experience:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
● 3-5 years of experience in product management, with strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile
methodologies.
● Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar certification is highly preferred.
● Proven track record of managing product lifecycles and delivering products in an agile
environment.
● Strong understanding of backlog management, sprint planning, and prioritization techniques.
● Experience in facilitating Scrum ceremonies and working closely with development teams.
● Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment with designers, developers,
and stakeholders.
● Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
● Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate product strategies and decisions to
both technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Skills:
● Experience with project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
● Experience working with remote or distributed teams.
● Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and user-centric product development.
● Understanding of Lean and Kanban frameworks.
