Role:
Sales Manager shall own and oversee activities of the new client acquisition. Should be able to
build and maintain relationships with decision makers in clients resulting in new acquisitions.
Grow business by achieving revenue targets with new clients by means of portfolio expansion,
new service offerings. Become a trusted service partner by meeting client needs and
exceeding client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
● Responsible for New client acquisition
● Responsible for meeting Business goals on the new Headcount acquisition and Revenue
Prospecting through cold calling and other channels
● Create healthy pipeline
● Ability to hunt and Acquire large Account Sales
● Demonstrate strong ability to manage multiple Sales opportunities simultaneously
● Forecasting monthly & quarterly sales targets and executing them in a given time frame.
● Analyzing latest marketing trends(including competition)
● Develop high level relationships with CXO’s
● Demonstrate ability to manage internal stakeholders to meet client expectation at a
regular basis
Key KPIs measurable for this role:
● Physical Meetings per day
● Proposals per week
● Forecasting accuracy
● 2 to 3 client signups per month
Education & Experience:
● Graduate/MBA from Premium B-School (preferred)
● Experience:
o Min. 5 years of exp. in Corporate Sales
o Exposed to an aggressive and highly competitive sales environment.
● High on learn-ability.
