Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Outreach:
o Identify potential clients through databases, calls and inbound leads.
o Proactively reach out to prospects via phone, email, and social platforms.
Client Engagement and Relationship Management:
o Understand client needs and recommend relevant learning solutions.
o Build strong relationships with decision-makers to facilitate long-term
partnerships.
Sales Execution:
o Present and demonstrate the value of learning courses through compelling
conversations and product demos.
o Handle objections effectively and negotiate on the terms if required.
o Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaboration and Reporting:
o Coordinate with marketing and content teams to align on promotional strategies.
o Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in google
trackers/ systems.
o Provide regular updates on sales performance and market insights to the
leadership team.
Qualifications:
Educational Background:
o Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Professional Skills:
o 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the education, training, or
SaaS industry.
o Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
o Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
o Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
