Role:
A Payroll Operations Sr. Executive is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate payroll
processing for a company's employees. The role involves a range of tasks related to payroll,
including but not limited to:
Key Responsibilities:
● Processing payroll for all employees of the organization. This includes calculating
and inputting employee hours, overtime, vacation, sick leave, and any other
deductions or additions to employee pay.
● Maintain accurate records of all employee pay, tax withholdings, and otherdeductions. They must also ensure that all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
● The Payroll Executive must comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to payroll processing.
● The Payroll Executive must respond to employee inquiries related to their pay and taxes.
● The Payroll Executive must generate various reports related to payroll processing. These reports may include pay stubs, tax forms, and other payroll-related documents.
● The Payroll Executive must stay up-to-date on changes to payroll laws and regulations. This may involve attending training sessions or seminars to learn about new laws and regulations.
