This book has two sections. Section 1 covers all the Amazon Shareholder letters and Section 2 covers Jeff Bezos talks and speeches on his Life & Work. This is an interesting book for anyone wanting to understand how Amazon works. There are some real good learnings on how to make decisions, hire the right people, focus relentlessly on the customers are some of the top takeaways.
