Job Title: Account Director
Location: Delhi
Job Summary:
The Account Director will be responsible for managing a limited number of large strategic accounts, focusing on both retention and expansion. This role requires a highly driven professional with a solution-based approach, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence C-level executives. The Account Director will be accountable for financial performance at the account level, driving transformational opportunities, and ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
● Understand the cost, revenue and focus on enhancing account level PBT
● Incremental revenue growth and new business addition from assigned accounts.
● Enhance PAPM
● Account Mapping and C level connects
● Opportunity, Pipeline and forecasting accuracy
● Hiring Accountability*
● Cross-selling and upselling – PSR / ASR / HSR
● Accountable for the contract deliverables
● (CSG / Legal / Regulatory / Finance)
● Accountable for Minimizing Bad debts / recovery
● Contract renewals on time and to take buy-in on the signed clauses, before the contract closure
● Governance to avoid any contractual breach / any imposing of penalties
● Accountability** of right Customer Experience throughout the journey
Qualifications & Experience:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred)
● 10+ years of experience in senior account management, with a track record of handling large enterprise accounts.
● Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and enhancing account profitability.
● Strong understanding of contract management, governance, and risk mitigation.
● Experience in working across multiple industries and understanding client-specific business needs.
