Role Overview:
The Account Manager – Staffing is responsible for managing and growing key client relationships, ensuring successful delivery of workforce solutions, and driving revenue growth. This role involves strategic client engagement, account expansion, and collaboration with delivery teams to meet hiring demands.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Management & Growth:
 Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring strong client relationships and satisfaction.
 Drive account expansion by identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
 Develop a deep understanding of clients’ hiring needs, workforce planning, and business objectives.
 Manage escalations, resolve client concerns, and ensure service excellence.

Delivery & Fulfilment:
 Work closely with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfilment of client requirements.
 Monitor hiring progress, track key metrics (SLAs, fulfilment ratios, time-to-fill), and ensure quality service delivery.
 Align with clients on skill demands, hiring cycles, and talent pipeline strategies.

Revenue & Business Development:
 Own revenue targets for assigned accounts and drive profitability.
 Negotiate contracts, pricing models, and service-level agreements (SLAs) in line with company policies.
 Collaborate with sales teams to onboard new clients and scale existing relationships.

Market & Industry Intelligence:
 Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging talent demands.
 Provide market insights to clients and internal teams to refine hiring strategies.

Key Skills & Qualifications:
 Experience: 5+ years in account management, staffing, or workforce solutions (IT/Tech preferred).
 Client Engagement: Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
 Recruitment Knowledge: Understanding of staffing models (contract, permanent, RPO, SoW).
 Business Acumen: Ability to drive revenue growth and profitability.
 Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 Tools & Tech: Proficiency in ATS, CRM, and workforce analytics tools is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
 Experience working with large enterprises, GCCs, or tech companies.
 Understanding of compliance and labour regulations related to staffing.
 Proven track record of achieving account growth and revenue targets.
