Role and Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Market Expansion: Drive student admissions through
strategic planning, market research, and identifying new business opportunities. - Team Leadership & Training: Develop effective communication, train the
sales team regularly, and enhance team productivity to achieve targets. - Channel Acquisition & Relationship Management: Appoint and manage
franchises, affiliates, and channel partners, ensuring performance and growth. - Operational Coordination & Performance Improvement: Collaborate across
departments to ensure smooth operations and improve franchise profitability
and efficiency.
Educational Qualification/ Experience:
- You must be in a similar position for the last 5 years
- You must have handled and scaled tele-sales teams for the last 10 years
- Preferred industry experience – Edtech, Telecom, BFSI
- MBA in Sales / Marketing (Preferably Tier 1 or Tier 2 college)
- Communication & Leadership: Strong Verbal and written communication skills, team management, relationship-building, and conflict resolution abilities
