Role:

The main purpose of the L2 support engineer is establishing Support delivery for Teamlease and
being the leader in delivering solutions using ITIL processes and philosophy. The successful
candidate will be responsible for being able to maintain a very good client relationship and provide
L2 support to them.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • L2 Support.
  • Managing client relationship.
  • Managing on-boarding of new clients, setup.
  • Provide application end to end support which includes SQL and AWS skills.
  • Deliver industry best practice solutions to the business using out of the box functionality.
  • Provide first class solutions to meet the business expectations.
  • Work with various teams in the IT Organization in solutioning, planning, risk identification,
    issue resolution.
  • Driving innovation/automated solutions
  • Responsible for successful digital transformation delivery as per Teamlease Vision.
  • Responsible for establishing industry specific best practices in establishing the ITIL
    processes.
  • Responsible for Control development processes, platform and tools usage for solutions and
    delivery and enforce processes
  • Strong experience and expertise in solution delivery and strategy in a bi-modal IT
    environment
  • Broad knowledge of software development and software testing methodologies along with
    change and configuration management practices in various cloud environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in bottleneck problems analysis.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in B.E./ B.Tech/ CSE or a related computing field is required.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience with L2 application support
  • Strong skill in database SQL query writing.
  • Experienced in all phases of the software development life-cycle (SDLC) with specific focus
    on ITIL process
  • Certification on ITIL
  • Experience in SQL Server and writing scripts to support applications.
  • Experience in linux and any scripting language is a plus
  • AWS cloud experience (optional)
  • Experience in managing client relationships.
  • Excellent in troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
