Role:
We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development professional to spearhead growth
and client acquisition efforts. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, build strong
client relationships, and develop tailored strategies to expand the company’s consulting services
across diverse industries.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management – Identify and target potential clients across industries. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery. Engage with clients to understand their needs and present appropriate consultancy solutions.
  • Market Research & Strategy – Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and industry challenges. Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and maximize revenue streams.
  • Proposal Development & Pitching – Draft and present compelling proposals and business presentations to potential clients. Tailor consultancy services to align with client requirements and industry standards.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth – Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Monitor and report on sales performance and market feedback.
  • Collaboration & Networking – Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment of services with client expectations. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the consultancy.
  • Contract Negotiations – Lead negotiations for service agreements, ensuring mutual satisfaction and alignment with company goals. Coordinate with legal and finance teams to finalize agreements.

Education & Experience:

  • At least 2+ years of experience in BD
  • Graduation is Must
