Role:
Create, write, and edit content primarily for email campaigns, social media posts, and basic marketing materials. Manage and execute email and digital marketing campaigns to support lead generation and brand visibility. Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns across email, social media, and paid channels, maintaining consistent messaging and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns through various tools, including persona research, list building, and content writing.
• Manage and schedule regular social media postings and coordinate with BUs for hiring posts.
• Work closely with the creative team, coordinating with the design team for creatives as needed.
• Maintain and implement a social media calendar to ensure consistent brand presence.
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns (Google & Linkedin) to support marketing goals.
• Write supporting content for digital campaigns, case studies, social media, and employer branding initiatives as and when needed.
• Monitor and report campaign performance using Google Analytics and other digital tools.
• Support the execution of digital events, including webinars, etc.
• Work closely with the Marketing Head and internal teams to ensure alignment with overall business and marketing strategies.
Education & Experience
• 4–5 years of experience in digital marketing, including email campaigns, paid media, and social media planning and execution
• Strong hands-on experience with tools like Klenty, Zoho, Google Analytics, and Google Ads
• Proven experience in creating and managing user-centered content across digital channels
• Ability to generate actionable insights from campaign metrics
• Basic content writing skills for emails, social media,etc.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
