Role:
The Anchor is responsible for the timely resolution of client and trainee queries and ensuring there is a seamless engagement with the client and trainees.
Key Responsibilities:
● Query handling (B2B and B2C Email and Voice queries)
● Handling Both Inbound and Outbound calls
● Handling queries on Salesforce
● Coordinate internally to resolve trainee /client queries
● Maintain Reports/MIS ( For Sr. executive/ Above)
Education & Experience
● Graduation in any Stream
● 4-5 years of experience
● Good written and Oral communication
● Proficient in English and other regional languages.
● Skilled in G-suite and MS- Excel
● Excellent communication skills
● Ability to work under pressure and fast-paced environment
● Ability to work on short deadlines
