Job Summary

We are seeking a Delivery Manager to lead recruitment delivery for our Staffing Business. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment delivery and ensuring timely fulfillment of client requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in staffing operations, NRC hiring, migrant workforce management, client coordination, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment delivery for staffing mandates across multiple clients.
• Lead and guide the recruitment/delivery team to achieve hiring targets within defined timelines.
• Understand client requirements and ensure quality candidate sourcing and screening.
• Manage hiring through Non-Recruitment Channels (NRC) such as field sourcing, referrals, vendor networks, and other alternative sourcing methods.
• Oversee accommodation management and coordination for migrant workforce, ensuring proper arrangements and smooth onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
• Track delivery metrics, hiring pipelines, and ensure adherence to SLAs.
• Drive process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in staffing/recruitment, with experience in managing delivery teams.
• Strong understanding of the staffing industry and recruitment lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience in NRC hiring and large-scale/bulk hiring projects.
• Experience working with multiple clients and handling high-volume hiring.
• Exposure to migrant workforce management, including accommodation coordination.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
