Role & Responsibilities:
Gather and evaluate user experience requirements in collaboration with product managers
Lead illustration of design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
Direct the design team on graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets, page navigation buttons and search fields
Drive development of UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how products function and look like
Lead creation of original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
Identify and troubleshoot UX problems and areas of improvement
Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science or a related field is required.
Proven work experience of 2+ years as a UI/ UX Designer or similar role
Portfolio of design projects
Knowledge of wireframe tools
Up-to-date knowledge of design software
Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
Effective communication skills and collaborating effectively within a team.
Ability to manage time efficiently and Organizational skills.
Positive attitude and passion for quality.
