Key Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and implementation of email marketing campaigns, including content creation, segmentation, scheduling, and analysis.
- Manage email automation workflows to streamline processes and enhance customer engagement.
- Create compelling and persuasive content for email marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and objectives.
- Monitor email marketing metrics and generate reports to evaluate campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, email automation, and content creation.
- Set up and manage automated email workflows, including triggered emails based on user actions, segmented email lists, and personalised email content.
- Responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns, email newsletters, managing subscriber lists, analysing campaign performance, and optimising email content for engagement and conversion.
- Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns to achieve company objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimise digital marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email marketing and automation.
- Hands-on experience with email automation tools such as Mailchimp, Sendgrid, HubSpot, Marketo, Mautic, or similar platforms.
- Strong content writing skills with the ability to create engaging and effective copy for digital marketing campaigns.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills.
- Experience working in a B2C sector.
- Certification in email marketing or digital marketing.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization.
