Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales Executive/Manager to lead sales initiatives, drive revenue growth, and strengthen client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess strong strategic thinking skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for building long-term business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, cold calling, and leveraging existing industry contacts.
Client Engagement: Conduct high-impact meetings with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs, present tailored solutions, and negotiate deals.
Selling Learning & Development Solutions:
Sell a wide range of customized L&D solutions, including skilling, upskilling, reskilling programs, and certification courses to corporate clients
Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver customized proposals, presentations, and sales pitches to prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition of our products and services.
Account Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Success, to ensure seamless client onboarding, service delivery, and feedback integration.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging market opportunities to inform sales strategies and identify growth avenues.
Reporting & Analytics: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status. Provide regular sales forecasts, performance updates, and insights to senior management.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
5-10 years of experience in B2B/corporate sales, preferably within [Edtech Industry].
Strong understanding of sales principles, client relationship management, and business development strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Highly motivated, target-driven, and solution-oriented.
