Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Migration Executive to join our team. The
successful candidate will be responsible for managing the complete life cycle of the process
related to NAPS (National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme), NATS (National Apprenticeship
Training Scheme), and WILP (Work Integrated Learning Program). This role involves client
enrollment on government portals, streamlining the onboarding process, and coordinating with
various stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient registration process.
Role & Responsibilities:
● Process Management:
❖ Oversee the complete life cycle of the processes (NAPS/NATS/WILP).
❖ Ensure that all steps in the process are completed accurately and timely.
● Client Registration:
❖ Obtain necessary details for client ID registration.
❖ Manage client enrollment on government portals (NAPS/NATS).
● Onboarding:
❖ Streamline the client onboarding process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
❖ Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth onboarding and
registration.
● Attendance and Invoicing:
❖ Send attendance inputs according to the Skills Development Corporation (SDC)
timelines.
❖ Manage the invoicing process for migration clients, ensuring smooth transactions
within the first three months.
● Issue Resolution:
❖ Resolve client issues through effective coordination with internal and external parties.
❖ Maintain a high level of client satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and
professionally.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related
field.
● Proven experience in payroll management, stipend processing, or related roles.
● Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
● Excellent communication and coordination skills.
● Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
