Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Research and develop effective + customized client engagement,
account management, and lead generation strategies.
Events Engagement: Identify and invite attendees for different event formats – webinars,
round tables – outreach and engage them. Manage the event lifecycle.
Competitor Analysis: Conduct market research on key competitors, products, emerging
opportunities and trends of the tech staffing + learning industry.
Collateral Creation: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted
product and market capability collaterals.

Education & Experience
Bachelors or Masters Marketing & Communications or relevant qualification.
Work experience: 1 – 3 years; If complete fresher, internship experience preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; Ability to plan.
Ability to research information from digital sources, and filter information.
Effectiveness with PowerPoint and Excel is a must.
Preferable skills – Designing on Canva or other similar platforms
