Role:
The Operations anchor plays a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of salaries for associates across multiple clients. They manage end-to-end payroll inputs, statutory compliance, and employee documentation while independently handling 10-15 client IDs. Responsibilities include processing offer letters, full & final settlements, and various payroll-related documents, along with addressing client queries and following up for inputs and payments. Strong communication and analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets are essential, with 1-2 years of payroll experience preferred, though freshers with basic knowledge may also apply.
Role & Responsibilities:
● The Operations anchor is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of salaries for associates across multiple clients.
● They must manage end-to-end payroll inputs, including loss of pay (LOP), revised loss of pay (RLOP), earnings, deductions, salary revisions, and gratuity, while handling 10-15 client IDs independently.
● The role also involves processing offer letters, full & final settlements, and various employee-related documents such as experience, relieving, warning, termination, and recovery letters.
● Additionally, they must follow up with clients for payroll inputs, payments, and clarifications while addressing client queries within the defined turnaround time (TAT).
● The individual should also have a basic understanding of statutory compliance, including PF, ESIC, PT, and LWF, along with proficiency in invoice generation and attendance tracking for payroll processing.
Education & Experience:
● Graduation in any stream
● 1-2 years of experience in the payroll domain
● (Freshers with basic payroll knowledge can apply)
● Strong communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
● Mandatory knowledge of Gmail & Google Sheets Good analytical and problem- solving skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
