Role Overview:
The General Manager – Operations will oversee the daily operations of the organization to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership and decision-making skills to streamline processes, improve performance, and lead cross-functional teams towards achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end-to-end operational functions across departments (Managing employee life cycle, Onboarding to exit, payrolling etc)
Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business objectives.
Monitor performance metrics and KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement in efficiency and quality.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost controls to optimize resource utilization.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
Collaborate with other department heads (sales, finance, HR, etc.) to ensure operational synergy.
Mentor and develop team members to build a high-performing and motivated workforce.
Oversee vendor and supplier relationships to ensure service quality and cost-effectiveness.
Prepare and present operational reports to the executive team and board of directors.
Lead the functions including not limited to BGV Process, Associate Care, On-boarding,
Payroll Operations & Customer Billing & Asset Management

Key Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience (15+ years) in service industry operations management.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in using ERP systems and operations software.
Knowledge of industry best practices and compliance regulations.
Leadership experience with cross-functional teams and change management.
