Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Implementation Executive who will be responsible
for facilitating the seamless integration and implementation of HRMS solutions for our clients.
You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements, configure the system
accordingly, and provide training and support throughout the implementation process.
Role & Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning and Management
● Develop Project Plans: Define the project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
● Resource Management: Ensure that adequate resources (team members, tools, budgets) are allocated and efficiently used.
● Risk Management: Identify potential risks during implementation and devise mitigation strategies.
● Monitor Progress: Track project milestones and adjust plans as needed to ensure timely completion.
2. Stakeholder Communication
● Liaison Role: Serve as the main point of contact between the client and the HCM solution vendor.
● Stakeholder Management: Manage expectations and keep key stakeholders (HR, IT, leadership) informed of progress and challenges.
● Client Requirements Gathering: Understand and document the specific needs and business goals of the organization.
3. Implementation Coordination
● Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, including consultants, technical experts, and HR teams.
● Configuration and Customization: Oversee the configuration of HCM systems based on the client’s business processes and requirements.
● Data Migration: Ensure accurate migration of employee data from legacy systems to the new HCM platform.
● System Integration: Ensure the HCM system integrates smoothly with other business systems (e.g., payroll, ERP, etc.).
4. Testing and Quality Assurance
● System Testing: Oversee unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) of the HCM system.
● Issue Resolution: Address any problems or errors found during the testing phase and ensure they are resolved before the go-live.
5. Training and Knowledge Transfer
● Training Program: Develop and implement training programs for end-users (HR personnel, managers, employees) on the new system.
● Documentation: Create user manuals, documentation, and training materials to support ongoing usage of the system.
● Post-Go-Live Support: Provide support after the system goes live, ensuring smooth adoption and troubleshooting any issues.
6. Change Management
● Stakeholder Buy-In: Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of the HCM system within the organization.
● User Adoption: Promote user engagement and ensure all users are comfortable with the new platform.
● Cultural Alignment: Ensure the new system aligns with the organizational culture and goals.
7. Post-Implementation Support
● Ongoing Monitoring: Ensure the system operates as expected post-launch, and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
● Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and system optimization after implementation.
● System Updates: Manage system updates and future upgrades to keep the HCM solution current.
8. Reporting and Documentation
● Progress Reporting: Regularly update leadership and stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues.
● Post-Implementation Reviews: Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate success and gather feedback for future projects.
Key Skills & Competencies:
● Project Management: Expertise in managing timelines, budgets, and teams.
● HCM Knowledge: Deep understanding of HCM systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM).
● Communication: Strong ability to communicate technical and business concepts clearly to various stakeholders.
● Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and propose practical solutions.
● Analytical Skills: Evaluate system performance and make data-driven decisions.
● Stakeholder Management: Experience in managing and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Education & Experience
● Overall 7+ years of work experience in technology.
● Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or related field.
● 2+ years of experience in implementing HRMS solutions, preferably in a client-facing role.
● 2+ years of experience in leading a team.
● Proficiency in HRMS software.
● Good knowledge of MS SQL
● Understanding of ITIL process and SDLC.
● Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices. Knowledge of additional HR software and tools.
● Experience with change management processes during HRMS implementation.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
● Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
● Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and onsite implementation support
