Role & Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute comprehensive lead generation plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Utilize various channels such as digital marketing, email campaigns, content marketing, social media, and events to generate leads.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to establish lead scoring criteria and processes, and evaluate leads to ensure they meet the criteria for potential customers.
  • Manage and maintain a lead database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information using CRM systems or other tools. Track lead activities and manage lead pipelines.
  • Work closely with sales teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business goals & provide sales teams with high-quality, well-qualified leads for follow-up.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in the market in order to adapt lead generation strategies.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in lead generation in a B2B environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other lead management tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box for lead generation strategies.
  • Results-driven and able to meet or exceed targets.
