Role:
We are seeking a motivated and results driven Inside Sales Representative to join our
dynamic team and drive the sales of our learning and development courses. The ideal
candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, an aptitude for understanding client
needs, and the ability to close deals effectively. You will play a pivotal role in identifying
prospects, nurturing leads, and achieving revenue targets by promoting our diverse
range of training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

 Lead Generation and Outreach:
o Identify potential clients through databases, calls and inbound leads.
o Proactively reach out to prospects via phone, email, and social platforms.

 Client Engagement and Relationship Management:
o Understand client needs and recommend relevant learning solutions.
o Build strong relationships with decision-makers to facilitate long-term
partnerships.

 Sales Execution:
o Present and demonstrate the value of learning courses through compelling
conversations and product demos.
o Handle objections effectively and negotiate on the terms if required.
o Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

 Collaboration and Reporting:
o Coordinate with marketing and content teams to align on promotional
strategies.
o Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in
google trackers/ systems.
o Provide regular updates on sales performance and market insights to the
leadership team.

Qualifications and Skills
o Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
o 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the education, training, or
SaaS industry.
o Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
o Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
o Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
