Roles & Responsibilities:
● Gather and evaluate user experience requirements in collaboration with product managers
● Lead illustration of design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
● Direct the design team on graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets,
● page navigation buttons and search fields
● Drive development of UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how products
● function and look like
● Lead creation of original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
● Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
● Identify and troubleshoot UX problems and areas of improvement
● Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
● Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images.

Education & Experience:
● Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science or a related field is required.
● 5+ years of work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
● Portfolio of design projects
● Knowledge of wireframe tools
● Up-to-date knowledge of design softwares
● Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
● Effective communication skills and collaborating effectively within a team.
● Ability to manage time efficiently and Organizational skills.
● Positive attitude and passion for quality.
