Role:
We are looking for a creative and strategic Brand & Content Marketing professional to strengthen the positioning of TeamLease HCM (HRMS SaaS & Managed Payroll) and FreshersWorld (India’s largest fresher job portal). This role requires a strong ability to build brand identity, create engaging content ecosystems, and drive thought leadership that fuels both demand generation and customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Build a brand voice for TeamLease HCM and FreshersWorld
- Develop GTM campaigns that establish TeamLease HCM as a trusted HRtech partner and FreshersWorld as the go-to fresher job marketplace.
- Define differentiated value propositions and craft compelling messaging tailored to HR leaders, CXOs, recruiters, and fresher job seekers .
- Content Marketing Leadership
- Own the end-to-end content strategy across blogs, SEO, social media, case studies, reports, and thought leadership pieces.
- Create career guidance, job market insights, and student-focused content to engage FreshersWorld’s user base.
- Build curated, on-demand, and product content such as pitch decks, one-pagers, testimonials, battle cards with brand narratives.
- Demand Generation Support
- Build content for top-of-funnel awareness (blogs, guides, social campaigns, PR articles).
- Develop middle-of-funnel engagement assets (whitepapers, webinars, success stories).
- Enable bottom-of-funnel conversion with impactful case studies, ROI stories, and customer testimonials.
- Digital & Social Media Ownership
- Own content calendars across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other key platforms.
- Build campaigns that resonate with HR leaders, CXOs, recruiters, and fresher candidates.
- Optimize engagement with multimedia formats (video, carousel posts, reels, podcasts).
- Analytics & Insights
- Track brand performance (share of voice, PR mentions, social growth).
- Measure content effectiveness across SEO, engagement, and lead generation metrics.
- Leverage insights to refine storytelling and optimize brand campaigns.
Education & Experience:
- 6–10 years of experience in brand, content, or integrated marketing roles (Digital Agency or consumer digital platforms, job portals).
- Proven track record in building brand identity and storytelling for B2B SaaS and consumer-facing platforms.
- Strong content writing, editing, and creative campaign development skills.
- Experience managing social media campaigns, PR, and digital brand assets.
- Comfort with SEO, content analytics, and marketing automation tools
- Ability to balance thought leadership-driven brand marketing with content-driven demand generation.
