Job Title: Associate Care Manager– Inbound & Outbound

Role Overview:
The HR Operations Manager will be responsible for optimizing HR workflows across the employee lifecycle. This includes managing seamless inbound and outbound processes, championing effective grievance redressal mechanisms, and organizing impactful joining and induction programs. Additionally, the role will involve planning and conducting open houses to strengthen employee engagement and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Inbound Process Management
 Lead the end-to-end joining process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for new hires.
 Collaborate with recruitment, IT, and facilities teams to coordinate pre-boarding activities such as background checks, documentation, and system setup.
 Design and deliver comprehensive induction programs that introduce new hires to the organization’s culture, values, and processes.
 Continuously improve onboarding processes by gathering feedback and analyzing key metrics.
Grievance Redressal and Employee Relations
 Develop and implement robust grievance redressal mechanisms to address employee concerns promptly and fairly.
 Act as a trusted point of contact for employees to resolve workplace issues, fostering a culture of trust and transparency.
 Maintain detailed records of grievances and resolutions, ensuring compliance with organizational and legal standards.
 Analyze trends in grievances and recommend policies or process improvements to mitigate recurring issues.

Employee Engagement and Communication
 Organize and facilitate open house sessions to promote two-way communication between employees and management.
 Gather employee feedback during open houses and translate insights into actionable improvements.
 Partner with leadership to drive initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.

Outbound Process Management
 Manage offboarding processes to ensure compliance and a positive exit experience for departing employees.
 Conduct exit interviews and provide insights to leadership on trends and opportunities for improvement.
 Oversee the return of company assets, deactivation of accounts, and support the final payroll processing.

General HR Operations
 Design and implement streamlined HR processes to enhance operational efficiency.
 Ensure compliance with labor laws, data privacy regulations, and internal policies.
 Maintain and optimize HR systems and tools to support all aspects of HR operations.
 Adherence to key HR metrics and provide regular reporting and analysis to improvise and also support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
 10+ years of experience (5 years in managing team) in HR operations with a strong focus on onboarding, grievance redressal, and employee engagement activities.
 Proven track record in designing and delivering induction programs and open house events.
 In-depth knowledge of HR systems and tools. Experience with [specific HRIS, e.g., Workday, SAP, or similar] is advantageous.
 Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance requirements, and best practices in HR operations.
 Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive issues effectively.
 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive process improvements.
