Key Responsibilities:
- Being accountable for daily/weekly/monthly goals and expectations including client specific SLAs and compliance with process,
- Identifying opportunities for solution growth across practice streams,
- Acting as escalation point for issues that arise and identifying the optimum solution for both parties,
- Supporting the Recruitment Sourcing Manager and Admin Manager with workload allocation, including volume forecasting, headcount planning and leave management,
- Delivering effective performance optimization of all team members, ensuring all KPIs are set and appropriate, development plans are devised, and mentoring is provided as required,
- Recruiting and inducting new staff as required, ensuring effective training and onboarding processes minimize disruption to the client and improve time to productivity,
- Assessing Recruitment Sourcing Managers and Recruitment Administrative Managers on performance ratings, financial incentives and development requirements.
Education & Experience
- 7+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Thorough understanding of end to end recruitment process,
- Experience working in a Team Leader/Operations Management role,
- Experience conducting performance reviews and driving performance improvement across process management, SLA compliance, and personal conduct,
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interact with people at all levels of an organization and to develop strong client relationships Able to interpret data from a variety of internal and external sources and predict trends,
- Degree educated or equivalent is desirable.
