Marketing Manager (Demand Generation) | HR Tech

Role Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to own the end-to-end lead generation engine. You will
be responsible for building our prospect database from scratch, running multi-channel ad campaigns, and
managing our presence at major industry events. This is a high-impact role that combines technical data
mining with creative campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Marketing & Ads
● Paid Media: Strategize, execute, and optimize LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads to drive inbound
interest.
● Direct Outreach: Run personalized LinkedIn InMail campaigns tailored to key decision-makers.
● Funnel Optimization: Continuously A/B test ad copy, landing pages, and targeting parameters to lower
Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
2. Lifecycle Email Marketing
● Full-Cycle Campaigns: Design and deploy automated workflows for Lead Gen, Retargeting, and
Lead Nurturing.
● Personalization: Use segmented data to ensure the right message reaches the right persona at the
right time.
3. Data Acquisition & Prospecting
● Database Building: Identify and build high-quality lists of target companies using Lusha, Google,
Association Catalogues, and other open-source intelligence.
● Lead Scraping: Use specialized tools to extract verified contact data (Email, Phone, LinkedIn profiles)
while ensuring high deliverability and compliance.
● Association Partnership: Research and collaborate with Industrial Associations to gain access to
niche databases and sponsorship opportunities.
4. Event & Trade Show Management
● Agency Collaboration: Lead the relationship with Trade Show Agencies to manage booth design,
logistics, and onsite branding.
● Pre/Post-Event Marketing: Execute outreach campaigns to ensure booth traffic and follow up with
leads post-event to ensure conversion.
