Role:
The MIS Executive is responsible for the overall management of all reports that are
maintained. Provide real-time analytical support to various leadership teams over issues such
as productivity, quality, and other parameters for the Sales, Hiring, and Operations Teams.
Key Responsibilities:
● Prepare Daily, weekly, and monthly MIS Reports & Dashboards to meet the Business
requirements
● Understand processes & requirements and generate standard Excel sheets for the
Operations team
● Track employee productivity on various parameters and provide trend analysis report to
the business leaders
● Understand the incentive policies and generate the monthly/quarterly incentive data for
the eligible employees
Education & Experience
● Graduation in any Stream
● 2+ years of experience in MIS
● Excellent in Microsoft Excel
● Ability to work under pressure and fast-paced environment
● Ability to work on short deadlines
