Role:
The Outbound Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning and executing targeted
outreach programs to create engagement and generate qualified opportunities for the enterprise
business. The role focuses on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) on LinkedIn, multi-channel
outreach, and high-quality communication to engage decision-makers in priority accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
● Conduct prospect and account research to identify stakeholders, personalise outreach,
and refine target account lists (prospecting the suspects).
● Research on target companies and buyer personas, monitoring news, triggers, and
developments to perform timely outreach.
● Plan and execute ABM campaigns on emails and LinkedIn for defined target accounts
and buyer personas to drive meetings and nurture interest.
● Run multi-channel outreach (email, call, LinkedIn) to drive event invitations, follow-ups,
and engagement for physical events, webinars, podcasts and campaigns.
● Collaborate with content/marketing teams to adapt case studies, decks, and event
assets for outbound use (email copy, LinkedIn messages, call scripts).
● Work closely with business development teams to align outreach messaging, targeting,
and follow-up processes.
● Track outreach performance, maintain accurate records in the CRM, and recommend
improvements based on data.
Required experience and skills:
● 2–4 years of experience in outbound marketing or demand generation in a B2B
environment.
● Solid understanding of ABM, outbound funnels, and prospecting best practices.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write concise,
personalised outreach messages.
● Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, email outreach tools, and CRM platforms.
