Role & Responsibilities:
- Payroll Processing:
Execute end-to-end payroll processing tasks, including data entry, calculations, and ensuring accuracy in payroll transactions.
Handle payroll for all Trainees / Apprentice, including salary, benefits, taxes, and deductions. - Compliance and Regulation:
Ensure compliance with company policies, as well as local, state, and federal regulations related to apprentice payroll. - Problem Resolution:
Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and issues promptly and accurately. Address Clients inquiries and concerns regarding payroll matters. - Auditing and Reporting:
Conduct regular audits of payroll records to ensure accuracy and compliance. Prepare payroll-related reports for management and other stakeholders as needed. Prepare Debit Note & Credit Note for short and excess billing as needed.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in client onboarding or customer service roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
