Roles:
As a Product Marketing Manager at TeamLease HRTech, you will play a pivotal role in driving the
success of our HRMS solutions in the market. You will be responsible for developing and executing
strategic marketing plans to promote our products, generate demand, and contribute to the overall
growth of the company. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and a deep
understanding of the HR technology landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with the
target audience. - Utilize insights to refine product positioning and inform go-to-market strategies.
- Create engaging and informative content, including product collateral, case
studies, presentations, and other materials to support the sales process. - Leverage customer testimonials, case studies and customer success stories to build
credibility and trust in the market. - Plan and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive product adoption.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for
optimization. - Work closely with the demand generation team to align marketing activities with lead
generation goals.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- 4-6 yrs experience in product marketing, preferably in the HR technology or SaaS
industry. - Strong understanding of HRMS solutions and the broader HR technology landscape.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
