Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results- – Sales Executive. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the EdTech sector. The role involves identifying, engaging, and onboarding corporate clients, coaching centers, educational institutions, and strategic partners to promote our online degree programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities with corporates, coaching centers, institutions, and potential partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to drive long-term partnerships.
Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets.
Conduct presentations, meetings, and negotiations to promote online degree programs.
Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing and sales strategies.
Monitor market trends, competition, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
Ensure smooth onboarding and account management for new partners.
Meet and exceed revenue and growth targets.
Key Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 1-3 years in business development, sales, or partnerships, preferably in an EdTech company.
Industry Knowledge:
Experience in B2B sales within education, online learning, or training sectors is a plus.
Skills:
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Network:
Existing connections in the corporate, coaching, or institutional segments will be an advantage.
Proactive & Target-Driven: Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and drive revenue growth.
Education:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
