Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue numbers from existing/new clients for HRtech SaaS, Platform Sales.
- Aggressively expand customer base by identifying avenues for generating revenue through extensive networking with CHROs and HR Heads.
- Building a strong sales pipeline of potential clients through various channels, conversion to prospects.
- Managing perspective client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle
- Hand Holding the clients for standard sign-up, migration process for SaaS, platform sales.
- Working with a client solutions team for drafting value propositions based on inputs and coordinating with key stakeholders.
- Handles escalations with Clients to ensure continuous revenue from clients and retention of billing from clients.
- Lead in-person client presentations to C-level executives, including information discovery sessions, product demonstrations and proposals
- Ownership on collections, bad debts, process related activities like offers, recons, etc.
- Participation in various HRtech forums, seminars to increase prospect base and build robust sales pipeline to achieve revenue numbers.
- Collaborate with internal product teams and provide feedback from the field to help shape future product development
Education & Experience:
- MBA from Premium B-School (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in Corporate Sales in HR service industry
- Exposed to an aggressive and highly competitive sales environment.
- High on learn-ability.
