Sales Manager – TeamLease Services (HRTech)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue numbers from existing/new clients for HRtech SaaS, Platform Sales.
  • Aggressively expand customer base by identifying avenues for generating revenue through extensive networking with CHRO’s/ HR Heads.
  • Building a strong sales pipeline of potential clients through various channels, conversion to prospects.
  • Managing perspective client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle
  • Hand Holding the clients for standard sign-up, migration process for SaaS, platform sales.
  • Working with a client solutions team for drafting value propositions based on inputs and coordinating with key stakeholders.
  • Handles escalations with Clients to ensure continuous revenue from clients and retention of billing from clients.
  • Lead in-person client presentations to C-level executives, including information discovery sessions, product demonstrations and proposals
  • Ownership on collections, bad debts, process related activities like offers, recons, etc.
  • Participation in various HRtech forums, seminars to increase prospect base and build robust sales pipeline to achieve revenue numbers.
  • Collaborate with internal product teams and provide feedback from the field to help shape future product development

Education & Experience:

  • MBA from Premium B-School (preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in Corporate Sales in HR service industry
  • Exposed to an aggressive and highly competitive sales environment.
  • High on learn-ability.
