Key Responsibilities:

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development in the IT staffing industry.
- Proven track record of success in generating new business and meeting revenue targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
