Role:
The sales Manager shall own and oversee the activities of the new client acquisition. Should be able to build and maintain relationships with decision-makers in clients resulting in new acquisitions. Grow business by achieving revenue targets with new clients by means of new service offerings. Become a trusted service partner by meeting the client’s needs and exceeding client expectations. This role requires you to visit the TeamLease office once a day, and have at least 2 physical meetings in a day with prospective customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for new client acquisition.
- Responsible for meeting Business goals on the new Headcount acquisition and Revenue Prospecting through cold calling and other channels
- Create healthy pipeline
- Ability to hunt for new and large accounts
- Demonstrate a strong ability to manage multiple Sales opportunities simultaneously
- Forecasting monthly & quarterly sales targets and executing them in a given time frame.
- Analyzing the latest marketing trends(including competition)
- Develop high-level relationships with CXO’s
- Demonstrate ability to manage internal stakeholders to meet client expectations at a
regular basis
Education & Experience
- MBA from Premium B-School (preferred)
- Min. 3 years of exp. in Corporate Sales
- Exposed to an aggressive and highly competitive sales environment.
- High on learnability.
