Role & Responsibilities:
● Install, configure, and maintain servers, network devices, and systems.
● Monitor system performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
● Manage and support Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and other core infrastructure services.
● Apply OS patches and upgrades regularly and upgrade administrative tools and utilities.
● Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions.
● Troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues.
● Maintain backup schedules and perform disaster recovery testing.
● Implement and support antivirus, endpoint protection, and system hardening.
● Provide technical support and guidance to users and help desk personnel.
● Maintain documentation for systems, procedures, and network configurations.
Qualifications:
● Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
● 1+ yrs of proven experience as a System Administrator, preferably in a similar environment.
