Job Role Description:
The prime role of the Team Lead of Compliance and Policy is to ensure that the HEI
linked regulatory procedures are adhered to in the very enabling of the online
programme Management seamless across new, existing and potential clients. The
lead will be responsible to bring in work flows, policies and procedures to provide
administrative support across cross functional teams and projects. Training teams for
the necessary requirements, UGC Compliance audit and updating of all the
amendments and new regulations that come into effect.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, implement and analyze compliance norms pertaining to HEI
    programme delivery -Online & ODL
  • Implement policies, procedures and systems to provide administrative support
    to various departments duly aligned to the business requirements
  • Compile and analyse both internal and external information to prepare
    compliance audit data.
  • Train teams and cross functional teams on compliance and policy guidelines,
    requirements and standards.
  • Study both existing and new rules, guidelines and enforce adherence to
    policies and procedures.
  • Stay current on industry standards by continuing education, reading
    notifications, Circulars released by the regulatory authorities.
  • Explore new, innovative opportunities to add value to your job and the job of
    everyone in the company

Functional/Technical skills:

  • Good organizational skills with sound execution competencies, client centricity
    with compliance issues, SLA and process outline.
  • Should be competent to drive compliance norms for existing and new
    programmes of the academic clusters for planned outcomes and identified
    objectives.
  • Should be able to drive compliance norms for prospective clients towards
    approval recognition process right from the application stage.
  • Provide support and suggestions to the specific projects on a collaborative approach for effective completion and success towards compliance norms.
  • Good communication skills in verbal and written communication
  • Detail oriented and well- organized, research bent of mind and reporting skills
  • Carry the ability to foster strong relationships

Eligibility: 

  • Master’s degree in business administration, 4 years of work experience, of which, a minimum of 2 years as relevant experience.
